New Recruits
In our continuing drive forward to lead and innovate we recently recruited three forward thinking individuals with a wealth of experience in business development and event organising. Melville News would like to take this opportunity to introduce you to:
Simon Clifton – Sales Director
Simon joined in January 2008 as Sales Director after previously working as an Account Director at the NEC, Birmingham. In his 5 years at the NEC Simon was largely responsible for new business development. He joins Melville heading up the sales team and brings with him a wealth of experience and knowledge of the exhibitions and events industry.
Andrea Rutledge – Group Account Director
After graduating from Harper Adams University with a BSC honours degree Andrea joined the Royal Agricultural Society of England in 2001 where she organised and developed outdoor events. Andrea joined Melville in the summer of 2007 bringing with her a strong organisational skillset and a unique insight to event organising.
Andrea heads up Melville’s event management and client facing teams.
Mark Eddy – Exhibitor Sales & Marketing Director
Mark joined from event supplier Service Graphics after previously holding senior positions at Silver Knight Exhibitions. Mark specialises in business development with a strong focus on Custom Stand Design and Build. Mark joined in December 2007 and is also responsible for the exhibitor sales and marketing function.
